FOUNDER'S DAY 2022-23

Delhi Public School Kamptee Road, Nagpur celebrated the 16th Founder’s Day on 19th July ,2022 with great zeal and enthusiasm. The joyous occasion was an expression of humble and sincere gratitude towards the founding of our alma mater.

The auspicious occasion began with the lighting of the lamp to spread the divine energy of the Almighty. Principal Ms. Ritu Sharma lit the lamp and inaugurated the ceremony which was followed by a prayer song sung by the school choir.

The choir demonstrated their talent by presenting a special song on this memorable occasion. There was an Inter-House Elocution Competition on the topic ‘My Most Memorable Moment at DPS’ in which each house, represented by a student ,competed to be the ultimate winner of words. The competition was judged by Headmistress Ms Kalyani Guha accompanied by Ms. Yogeeta Umalkar and Ms. Rupali Jalan.  Soon after the exhilarating speeches, Mihika Kapre a student of Grade IX G presented a piano performance that was indeed a treat to everyone’s ears. The budding dancers of DPS presented a mesmerizing classical dance performance. Soon after this power packed dance performance, the school band filled the air with cosmic rhythm. The auditorium echoed with the power of music and everyone began to tap their feet and groove to the rhythm.
