ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATION - PRESCHOOL TO II - The Tale of the Forgotten Toy Box

DPS Kamptee Road #Nagpur celebrated its Annual Day for Grades Preschool to II on 6th December 2025 with the enchanting theme ‘The Tale of the Forgotten Toy Box’. The event began with the arrival of the guests followed by the ceremonial Lighting of the Lamp. The event was graced by the Chief Guest Mr Saurabh Kumar Jt. Director Income Tax Govt of India.
Ms Tulika Kedia President and Pro Vice Chairperson DPS Kamptee Road and MIHAN Nagpur attended the event virtually and sent her warm wishes for the celebration. Ms Savita Jaiswal Director DPS Kamptee Road and MIHAN Nagpur graced the evening and read out the heartfelt message shared by Ms Tulika Kedia. Ms Kedia’s encouraging words appreciated the confidence of the young performers and the dedicated efforts of the teachers in bringing the theme to life. Her message added grace and warmth to the evening.
A warm welcome of the dignitaries and the welcome address by the Principal Ms Yogeeta Umalkar created an inviting atmosphere for the audience. Mr Indrajeet Parghania, Bursar, DPS Kamptee Road and MIHAN and Ms Nidhi Yadav, Principal, DPS MIHAN, Nagpur also graced the occasion. Their presence added prestige and warmth to the celebration.
The highlight of the evening was the delightful presentation ‘The Tale of the Forgotten Toy Box’. The students brought the story to life with expressive acting energetic dance sequences and colourful costumes that captured the innocence and imagination of early childhood. Their lively performances kept the audience engaged throughout turning the stage into a whimsical world of toys, friendship and adventure. The School Band by Gen Alpha added a warm musical touch that enhanced the festive atmosphere.
The evening concluded with a graceful vote of thanks reflecting the teamwork and dedication behind the event. The stunning decor vibrant stage design and flawless coordination made the celebration memorable for every parent present. The young students dazzled the audience with their confidence and charm and the entire event beautifully showcased the school’s commitment to creativity, expression and joyful learning.
