79th Independence Day 2025
To honour the spirit of freedom and pay tribute to our nation’s glorious past, DPS Kamptee Road, #Nagpur celebrated #IndependenceDay with immense pride and patriotism. The celebration began with the Flag Hoisting & National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with unity and devotion. Our Chief Guest – Lt. Col. Ganesh Bahadur Chhetri, DS Coord, NCC OTA Kamptee – was warmly welcomed, followed by an inspiring address by Principal, Ms. Yogeeta Umalkar.
Students delivered powerful speeches in English & Hindi, a soulful choir performance, and a vibrant dance celebrating India’s cultural diversity. The audience was thrilled by martial arts, yoga & skating displays symbolising strength, discipline, and skill.The Chief Guest appreciated the efforts and encouraged students to contribute positively to the nation’s progress. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks, leaving everyone inspired to uphold the values of freedom, unity & responsibility.
