Blessing Ceremony for the Grade X
DPS Kamptee Road, #Nagpur, organised a Blessing Ceremony for the Grade X students on 5th February, 2025. The event aimed to seek divine guidance and blessings for the students as they embark on a new journey in their academic lives. Ms. Tulika Kedia, President and Pro Vice Chairperson of DPS Kamptee Road and MIHAN, Nagpur, sent her heartfelt wishes to all the students, encouraging them to excel in all their future endeavours.
The ceremony began with a Sanskrit shlok recited by Dr. Brijbhushan Upadhayay, Vice Principal. This was followed by the lamp lighting ceremony, where the Chief Guest, Dr. Raakesh Kriplani, and Principal, Ms. Yogeeta Umalkar, jointly kindled the lamp.

Dr. Raakesh Kriplani, a distinguished expert in criminology, behavioural sciences and psychotherapy, was welcomed with a traditional green welcome ceremony. He shared his valuable insights and expertise with the students, inspiring them to work hard and achieve their goals. The Principal, Ms. Yogeeta Umalkar, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of education and the role of teachers in shaping young minds.
The blessing ceremony was the highlight of the event, where the Chief Guest, Dr. Raakesh Kriplani, Principal and Vice Principal blessed the students by pinning good luck badges on them.
